Fusebox question

Hi I am trying to install the "bling bling" led strip you know the ones that animates for head light and blinkers. There are four wires. The Black is going to be on Negative pole of battery or Ground nut.

The yellow and blue goes to corresponding left and right indicator. The red is suppose to go on ACC Insurance/ ACC power supply ( I dont think its ACC as in automatic cruise control). which one is it.. I am trying to tap it one of those

fuse adapter. so which one is it ? I was thinking of 4 and 5 (on the engine fuse box) that is head light but where can i connect it. or is it the ones under the instrument panel? if it is which one?
