what a cracking story , but the 60 ft times seem a bit slow for a sticky drag strip surface , i was timed at a sprint meeting some years ago in my standardish 1275 mini cooper lookalike and did 2.21 seconds on normal tarmac and i know there were cars going a lot faster than that but i suppose my car was a bit lighter than even they could get that car down to

Yeah was a bit slow but, if it had been able to get traction it may have been better - also I think the launch technique could have been better. Looking at the photos he seems to have lit up the front tyres and the helpers are holding it back :eek:

Seen it before.... Would rather get my beast into the 14s without chopping the fecker in half. :P
