I'm experiencing a problem where I notice an unusual whistling sound when accelerating, especially after starting. This sound usually disappears after repeated hard acceleration. Unfortunately, this sound reappears in another starts of the vehicle. I am attaching 3 videos showing this sound. 

Do you know where the problem could be? Skoda Superb 3, 2.0 TDI. Approx. 240k km.

Almost certainly a boost pipe leak.

Hello Marky, would you know the number of the part, so I can check?

It could be a few different parts. I don't have part numbers.  With a friend pressing the throttle and your head under the bonnet you should be able to locate the part by sound.
