hello everyone can someone help me please.
I updated the firmware unit and updated the maps...but after entering an address and starting it, after a few seconds I get this error "Navigation database not available"

 

Which system do you have?

You might have accidently download Columbus maps for your Amunsden system or vice versa - or the download was corrupt. 

 

Where did you download your map updates from?

i downloaded from vw because from skoda the servers always crash

 

i always download from vw tiguan 2019 discovery media and works good...after i made firmware update..i had this problem

Have you found the Audio, Electronics & Security part of Briskoda yet?  In that part of the forum, they have the correct latest map downloads for the appropriate systems.
