Pulling USB cable from USB-C port to screen

Featured Replies

Hi to all,

Recently I've acquired a mount for phone, which can be put to the back side of the screen, so that I can clearly see the whole Skoda screen.

The mount comes with a 15w charger (with magnet), it works nice, but I'm looking for an elegant way to pull in the cable from USB-C port to the side of the screen somehow, but without the cable being visible, like on the picture.

Anybody had experience with this maybe? Do you have an idea how best to fit it?

Thanks!

I'm sorry, things might be different in your country but WHY do you need to see your phone whilst driving???????

I follow someone who is a private hire driver, and the phone apps are how he gets his jobs, so it needs to be visible at all times he is working.

Hey, do you still need help with your charger setup?

I saw your post about the MagSafe charger connected to the USB-C port in your car — where the cable is always visible and doesn’t look that great.

I’ve found a much cleaner solution: there are no visible cables at all, and the MagSafe charger sits perfectly next to the screen.

If you’re still interested, I can share how I did it.
