Software Bug - Preferences reset every engine start

Featured Replies

I got a weird software bug and wanted to confirm if anybody got the same.

So if you swipe down from the top you'll get a fast access area. This can be configured freely and everytime I start my engine/ignotion it resets to defaults.
So atm there is nor reason to use this for me, even if it would be great to have some less freqently used functions in direct control 😕

Does somebody experienced the same issue or may solved it already?

You don't appear to have had any responses since your original post, but I'm having the same issue with my 2024 Estate iV.

I know that Lane Assist and Speed Assist are required by EU law to reset with the ignition, but Driving mode resets to 'Normal', Hydrid always resets to E-Mode, etc.

IS this what you/others are finding?

Nope, I have a reset problem with the favourite settings or quick access menu. The one u have at the top and the one u can access when swipe down from the top.

Have you created a user account/profile ? These shortcuts are saved in a profile that you have to choose when start up . If you just use guest profile nothing will be saved.

I have a profile setup and my preferences reset for no obvious reason. I don't bother setting them up anymore but will add it to my (lengthy) glitch list when it goes in for a service.
