@Paws4Thot  The Contract that many Car Dealers in Scotland use is not worth the Paper it is written on, or has not been in the past.

They referred to English Law for England and Wales, and i once made Arnold Clark pay me for an ordering error they made as in never ordering the car before they were discontinued and the new model introduced which i did not want, and they sat with my deposit.

I refused to go with a New Model Purchase and i got the interest as well as my deposit back, and the interest at the rate they would have charged for finance. 

Wonder if that certain garage follows briskoda? Glad you got it sorted.
