Hi. New to skoda as a brand and wondering if this engine sounds "tappy"

Sportline

DSG

2020

32k

 

 

There is no sound to your clip on U-tube.

My 1.5 TSI engine is very quiet with no sign of tappet type noise.

No video but no matter, easier for someone that knows engines to listen with the bonnet closed when at the car.

 

Only 32,000 miles, but maybe get the spark plugs replaced at next service.

When in the cabin and idle it's like a bub-bub-bub noise I can hear. 

 

Just been told it's normal apparently 

Perhaps your previous car was a Bentley!
