I have a Monte Carlo Skoda Kamiq 21 plate, it tells me it’s pending an update.

 

I've parked up with no ignition on and I’ve told it to start the update but the screen is blank.

 

Has anyone had this issue, and if so what did you do to fix it?

As far as I know the ignition has to be on to start downloading the update.

Once it's downloaded and ready then the car needs to be left parked while it installs.

 

go to the home screen and make sure that the little world symbol is not grey and make sure you are not set on max privacy.
