REVO VS Re Map

Featured Replies

I have the money sitting for a revo or a re m ap but the decision cant be made which one to get.

I can get a revo done less than 20 miles from my home. If i drive 300 miles i can get a rolling road re map which i have been told is better. If it is better i would travel

What would you do ? All help for a closer company who can do a custom re map to newcastle upon tyne would be appreciated

Mark

A revo is a generic remap....

Depends what you're after, what mods you have on your car and how much you want to spend :D

Are these generic maps or rolling road tuning ?

JBS offer tweaked generic maps that they will test eithe ron their RR or on the road. SOme people say the latter is better as it loads the car more realistically, but there is unlikely to be any real difference.

As you have already modified the intake and exhaust you're best off going for a custom remap.

As you have been careful about your current set of Mods:thumbup:

I agree with above, Get a custom map, I would suspect that you would NOT get the best out of your other mods with a generic one .

I'd go to Star if it was my money and I lived where you do.

I hear Celtc Tuning will do custom Remaps, around £360 for a Vrs and they come to your house / workplace... check out; http://www.celtictuning.co.uk/
