Hi folks, bought my Karoq sportline in Oct 24, but I can’t no longer get into the car by handle touch or open the boot without pressing the buttons on the key/fob. Interestingly, I can lock the vehicle by touch. Any the key/fob worked for everything else, so there is clearly no batter my issue. Has anyone else experienced this issue? How did you resolve it?

I have a feeling you can set it somewhere in the infotainment system but I can't remember where.
I will see if I can find it tomorrow.
