I can connect all other parts of the app with my Elroq but when I scan for the remote park assist it just says unable to connect. Anyone know why?

Have you tried a different phone? I have read that some cameras don’t read the QR code well?

If a phone with multiple lenses have you tried using the different ones to see if that makes a difference? Try and reduce reflections and see if you can keep the camera parallel to the infotainment screen. It could be that there is moire pattern effect that causes the code not to be read correctly?

I’ve tried this a hundred times now with 2 different phones. It just won’t connect.
