I think if it's heated you can actually see the heater element lines on the screen. Just like on Fords, they would look like wavy lines running top to bottom. You can only see them up close and would not disrupt the view in normal driving position. By the looks, that doesn't seem to be a heated screen.

Alternatively, turn it on, and give it a minute and two you should feel a difference with your hand compared to the side windows.

Nothing has come up on mu OBD reader for it.

I wonder where I stand with the car sales garage (non main dealer) regarding this as it was something the car should have come with, but I'm not sure if they specifically mentioned it on the advert and they have deleted it now.

Thankfully having tried it in this snowy and icy weather it would appear it is heated despite it being a replacement at some point in its life.
