Hello,

Having an issue with my 2020 Koroq:

• Aircon & heating controls don’t change temperature

• Passenger side is cold, driver side is HOT.

• The direction buttons don’t change anything.

• The fan speed does work

I’ve tried holding the AC & face forward button & that didn’t help.

Does this sound like a heater matrix issue?

Sounds like a fail in the air distribution system (usuall flap valves), probably a garage visit if you aren't mechanically minded.

The air distribution system is common to many VAG vehicles. I’m not 100% certain but I think the flaps are moved electrically either motors or relays. If they are then it could be a fuse.
