how can i upgrade seat back adjusters from handwheel/rack to handle bar?

hey guys i am looking to transform my fabia mk2 into a real car from the ****box state that it is currently at. one of the upgrades im looking for is making the front seat backrest adjustment method into a more convenient method. i was thinking maybe ill wire a small e-motor that will rotate the handwheel gears by a button.

i also thought about the logical move of just replacing the handwheel mechanism with a handle bar mechanism but didn't find info on that online nor on the skoda guides by erwin.

if anyone know if its possible to upgrade to handle bar please share how, also if anyone has detailed schematics of the handwheel mechanism i would be very greatful for that.
