Problem with Ipod Nano

Featured Replies

My IPod seems to have crashed. the screen has frozen, and the back light is stuck. My computer does not recognise that its conected via USB.

Im just waiting for the battery to go flat and hopfully it will start up fine.

Any ideas as to what else I can try.

Hold down the middle button and then press in the menu button for five seconds (both down together)... this resets the ipod, but keeps all your songs/photos etc...

Have to do that with my Photo one if I let the battery run out.

have you lot got the latest software on your ipod?
