Hi I want to make some changes to my skoda octavia mk4 2024 ie. Set lane assist to remember last setting and if possible activate key less entry what is the best obd to do this.

Well I have the original white one which has a free lifetime pro licence And yes the new one has a yearly subscription Why not ask if any one in your area has one and would do a few things for a few beers

The license has nothing to do with the dongle. I have a Gen 1, four Gen 2s, and one Gen 3. The license is the account.

Im not doubting you but I bought mine second hand and it cost me $130 AU and have never paid for anything as away back then , as you would know you got credits for watching ads. I used to sit here each day and get 6 a day and had over 700 at one time. Perhaps I should have said I have a lifetime Pro account with my Version 1 dongle. Same **** different colour. As it has a serial number I presume it is locked to the account.

Why so many when 1 will do the job. Do you have to have a separate account for each one?????? Havent used mine for ages so it just sits in the drawer in case at a service the dealer stuffs something up

The hardware is not account-bound. When you first use the new dongle, you must assign a security code. If another account uses this dongle, they must enter the code once. I have a fixed dongle in every vehicle. That's why so many
