Hi all.

I have had my Skoda Octavia 2016 Rs wagon, I have had it recently serviced and brake rotors replaced.

Since this I have nothing but issues with error codes and light errors.

I have taken it back and they have cleared the codes twice and told me to buy some new globes.

What has been done or shorted out in my car to cause such a flip out of error codes and lamps.

See attached photos of progressions of errors when car turns on.

Right hand front light lamp strip not working

Left hand head lamp not working

Left hand parker not working

Left hand head lamp not working

Left hand blinker not working

Right rear brake lamp not working

I'm unsure what the hell has gone on.

Do you have LED lights or Halogen lights? It sounds like whoever has done the work has unplugged a number of connectors and didn't reconnect them. Look around behind the headlights and see if there are connector floating. Always use a good VAG specialist. General garages aren't good with VAG products.

Thank you , it looks like all fuses are sound and all plugs and globes are okay.

I cannot change the globe from blinker easily as I was going to swap it to other side and check again.

Anyone else wants to weigh in.

What say the Error Log when you Check this with OBD11 or something Else?

This is the BCM = This unit Managed the Light and Other things.

AE ist the Index of unit.

It's important that it's the same functional group. There are basically three versions: Low / Mid(+) and High. You always have to install the same or higher-quality version.

If I find a part with out AE is this still able to work

And does anyone have a parts place in Melbourne that would have these , or can I fix it
