Hi All

We are at present just finishing a big job of an engine change on our beloved Superb. During the stripdown we came across a few little things that just were not right. We do need a headlight and most of the lower airbox which has all its brackets broken - We do suspect the car had a visit to the scenery but not in a bad way.

We will get all these bits handy hopefully but one does confuse us a bit

Does anyone know what this item #9 is called? - Its in about 3 different parts and there is no point in putting it back on as it cant be attached to anything😅

Trying to get a search on it draws a blank and its called a crossmember but that only brings up suspension stuff ..

Any Help would be really appreciated

I need full VIN if you want me to check detailed part number

That part is from an S3 and will not fit on the S2's in the section of Briskoda.
