Hello everyone i recently purchased a second hand Kamiq 2021 Monte Carlo from car giant in London

I’ve tried to become the primary user at home but without any success as it s showing me this error after i scan both car keys

I’ve been told that i have to go to skoda dealership with the v5 and some other documents so they can set me up on they behalf as the main owner of the car but i am really thinking that this is gonna fix my issue

Did anyone else had this problem as well?

This can happen when the original primary user is still registered. A Skoda dealer should be able to fix it once you prove you are the owner.
