Skoda kamiq rear fog lights

Hi guys

I have a skoda kamiq 2021 Monte Carlo and recently I notice that just the rear right fog light it s working and it s flickering as well the left hand side it doesn’t even lights up

I have a waring sign in my display as well every time I turn it on

Down I have attached some pictures I am curious this model has one or two fog light on the rear side
