on my octavia, my turn signals don't work, when I pull the light lever towards me, only a blue light appears on the dashboard as if it's working but from the outside you can see that it's not working, my high beam works normally does anyone know what could be the problem, is it possible to reset the comfort module 09 via vcds diagnostics

Are you saying that your direction indicators AND HL flash are BOTH not working?

Step one fix -

Purchase one can of electrical contact spray cleaner.

Engine off key out

Using the straw, get a good shot of the contact cleaner in under the steering column cover by the stalk (take it off if you can, I’m not familiar with the cover set up on your column) and get as much into the switch area as you can.

Work the stalk around for a few mins to get the gunk and corrosion cleared then let it dry off a few mins.

See if that helps. I had a similar on my old mk1 and it solved it.

Broken wire, i think Blue or Yellow one

The turn signals work, the flasher doesn't work.

The lever works because when I pull it towards me, a blue light on the tachometer lights up.

Where is that wire that may have been cut?

Then after he reverted it back did the following:

channel ENG116945-ENG116047-Leuchte9FL RB2-Lichtfunktion B 9 adapted from Abbiegelicht rechts to not active

I've now changed them both back to Lichthupe generell and they work
