I’ve been facing this issue for the past 4 days. Both rear windows can be operated using the driver’s side control panel, but when I try to move them up or down using the rear door switches, they don’t work. However, the lights on both rear power window switches are illuminated.

Anyone facing the same issue?

Yep the buttons are locked, not enabled. If the lights are illuminated, then the windows won't work and the child lock should be on for the door opening. Hit both buttons and they should all work.

I have checked but child lock is in off state.

I checked again and found that one rear switch is illuminated, but the other one isn’t.
