First of all both remote keys stopped unlocking the car. I changed the battery in one but it still didn’t work.

The emergency key unlocked the car and it started when I put the key in the cup holder.

It then locked with the key.

Now it won’t unlock at all. Anything I can try before getting Skoda Assist out?

Update - user error. The emergency key is working. Just not the remote.
