Fabia III 2019 MFSW retrofit

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I'm trying to retrofit MFSW to my 2019 Skoda Fabia III. I already installed a new steering wheel with buttons, replaced the drivers airbag wiring loom, as the previous one didn't have connection to the buttons on the steering wheel, and stalks to one's that don't have computer control buttons on the right stalk. According to wiring diagrams it is necessary to add two new wires from clockspring to bcm and fuse no. 14. While adding the wire from the clockspring to bcm T73C/13 i noticed that the pin number 13 is missing.

MY BCM part number is 2Q0937087B. I figured it needs replacing to a higher version, and now here is my question. What part number should i go for? Etka shows that for my model year i can either go for 2Q0937089B or 2Q0937090B. I looked at both of those online and 2Q0937089B does have the pin number 13 present, unlike 2Q0937090B which in theory is a higher version(?) Can I also go for even newer bcm's like 2020+? If im replacing it and going through all that cp and coding hassle i might as well opt for the highest version there is as this is likely not my last retrofit.

Thanks in advance.
