Hello, new firmware successfully installed in less than 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, the microphone issue with CarPlay still hasn't been resolved.

I have the same firmware and same issue with mic in phone calls when connected via Apple CarPlay. When connected to the unit via Bluetooth the calls work fine.

I’ve experimented with different phones, different iOS versions, and different cables but issue persists.

What mobile network are you using @chico21 and are you using an Apple or Android phone? I’ve tried with 2 iPhones on the Three network.

Hello, I have already tried several iPhones with the latest updates and changed the cable, but nothing works. Thousands of us are experiencing the same problem. The VW Group is referring the issue back to Apple.

I live in Belgium and use the Proximus network.
