I can t use the infointainment screen while the SOS warning is on and basically my whole car is not working like I can t connect to apple play or play music or even the navigation , I get this issue quite often maybe like 3-4 times a day IMG_0122.pngIMG_6574.jpeg

It's odd that the infotainment has locked you out following this warning.

Have you tried pressing the home button to move off of the vehicle status screen?

Have you tried resetting the infotainment? Long press of the on/off button until the screen goes black. Do this with the engine running.

The SOS fault is not uncommon, it's normally a faulty module. Dealer should be able to fix it. Also ask them to check the backup battery in the infotainment. They can do this with their diagnostic scanner. There is a "recharging" process for this back-up battery if it's not too far gone. From memory though it needs an external battery charger connected.
