My key shows in the middle an icon for unlocking the rear hatch. When I press it though it just flashes the indicators. Was this an option that maybe wasn't fitted or where would you start looking for a problem?

Sorry just worked it out need to hold button down not just press it.

When you just press it, it only unlocks the hatch and you need to use the handle to release the catch and lift the hatch.

A long press and the hatch "pops" open.

It took me a long time to find that feature.

... even longer for me - although the Combi tailgate only releases, not 'pop open' I guess due to the extra weight.
