Does anyone get this battery light when ignition on comes on after 1 minute

Yes normal. Just telling you the battery is being discharged.

Also amazed at your fuel economy (6.5l/100km) despite slow speeds and then realised that your car can’t be an RS as I get nowhere near that unless I was cruising on the open road!

I guess it must be all the electronics on these things as I've noticed on mine, you don't need to leave the key and ignition off for it to start complaining and asking to be started!

And agreed, the only time I see 6.5L/100Km (on occasion less if I'm really light footed) is open road cruising. Still a huge improvement on my old vehicle which was a 3.6 litre V6!
