Speedometer color change

Featured Replies

Hi all!

I've just got a new Superb Combi Sportline which has as (probably as a default?) red circumference around speedomoter and rpm..., is there any way to change from red to any other colour?

I can change light mode, from winter to summer, individual, etc... (so colour of background, ambient lights, etc...), but I don't find anywhere where I could change red colour around those two BIG circles)

Thanks for help!

Perhaps You have figured it out already.
You have to change the large screen background (screen settings) - this will affect screen in foron of driver

I’ll give this a go tomorrow if it’s not too cold, I’d like the Skoda Green 😎

Just be aware that even if one changes the screen color - it is not always reflected in main screen - it depends on the background selection (selection what is between the two circles/squares).

hi back!

I've just seen that you replied to my question. Unfortunately I still don't find where to change the colour...

I'm able to change screen background (it changes on main screen and behind speedometer), but I don't find the setting where to change only red circles...

Could you maybe write step by step instructions? Or maybe screenshot of the setting where to change it?

Much appreciated!

Jure,

Do you have the interior comfort lights around the dash and doos set to red?

If so try changing those the Green, I think that’s what did it for me (I made loads of changes, some I need to reset. Sadly can’t remember what changed the colour from Red to Green.

However, I have changed the red light strips to green (chose Škoda Green).

I don't have a Sportline, but from what I can tell, you cannot change the color of the rings. The background color and design will sync with the center screen, only if you do not display the map or lane assist/Cruise control.

If/when tools like OBD11 add more support for this car, I imagine you would be able to change the theme from Sportline to the regular one which doesn't have red rings.
