Hvac motor not working

Hi,

Have an issue with HVAC motor not working. Tested the Motor with 12v, that is spinning. i have changed the resistor and issue presist. I have checked the all fuses, that is the first thing i checked. Is there any relay to the HVAC and where its located? only thing i can think of is that there is an issue with bad BCM unit or A relay. Have a SKODA OCTAVIA III Combi (5E5, 5E6) 1.2 TSI
