I tried to reduce the PDF file size, but the quality deteriorates to an unreadable level....

Can you not split the pdf into 3 or four smaller pdf files with adobe?

That level of Adobe requires full access, re payment, I only have the basic version :-) If anyone wants it, they can message me?

Doesn't that risk losing some information(?) if you want to send me the vectored pieces/bits(?) I can scan (look with human eyes) and see if I think anything has been lost or mixed up (corrupted?) not proof reading but an overall check and confirmation of success (or level of success) on an independent 'puter to the send receive ones. Plus I've got decades of experience of looking at, reading and referring to, 'Owner's Manuals'. 😁
