Hi, recently our Roomster has developed an intermittent fault with the reverse parking sensors.

When we select reverse gear we get a permanent beep and the display on the radio is blank instead of the usual graphics.

That has happened to me three times in 12 years. I just press the middle of each sensor with my thumb. The suspect one is the nearside sensor nearest the kerb. I found the black rubber seal around the sensor was wet and squishy after washing. Did the press check and no further problems.
