Blank infotainment screen

Featured Replies

IMG_1210.jpegHi everyone new to the forum so hopefully can get a bit of advice on an issue we have with our head unit. A few months ago it went blank could see the power on the buttons and every so often the back light comes on the screen. Now I managed to stall it one day and boom back on it came but now it’s back to blank 😂 any ideas welcome, head unit is 5E0 919 605 M have a feeling it needs a hard reset but the usual way doesn’t help

Did have it out at the weekend to see if there was anything loose at the back

So this decided to turn itself back on again and was working but again we’re back to the same problem 😂 . Can the unit in the glovebox be updated without accessing the screen or do I need to go through the menu. Hoping the unit in the glovebox isn’t faulty
