New MPH display when in KM/H?

Featured Replies

We were in continental Europe and had the Km and L settings activated.

So far - I could swear - I have never seen a dual display for digital Km/h AND MPH as a smaller line. There was only ever either MPH or Km/h.

I noticed that the centre display said that an update was available and asked for permission to update and I just clicked o.k.

Has anyone else noticed this dual digital display and can this be coded to only Km/h?

Has no one noticed this?

Any coding out ideas for the small MpH line?

I went to continental Europe last year in my 2023 Superb. I only changed the speed to KPH and left distance etc in imperial. I don't usually use the display you're showing and I don't remember seeing this dual display anywhere. I'm off to Lithuania in the Superb in April and I'll look then to see if I can see this display. I'd be quite happy to see both shown on the display so I know my speed in a measurement I'm more familiar with.

I never noticed this before on my car & was something I always wanted when I visit the UK.

I recently had an update too that reset all of the virtual cockpit and infotainment settings once in completed but haven't been to the UK since.

I'll have a play this week to see if I have the same thing now.

Hello Gabbo,

If you have a LHD car your setup of the virtual cockpit should have to MPH for the UK in analog and digital readout which I would prefer rather than another line for a small Km/h display.

My brother in law's LHD was like that when the first VW virtual cockpits were introduced and I was so jealous when I still had my SII.

I checked mine driving home last night and I can have only kph or mph.

I cannot have a view with both.
