Got my boost gauge up and running now, it's showing 8 psi on boost. is that normal/correct? Just wanted to check.

Just have to connect up the oil pressure and temp gauges now for full compliment of things to watch instead of the road...:eek:

1 PSI is 0.0689475729 BAR (according to Google) which makes 8PSI 0.55Bar

Hey Rob,

Have you got those other dials hooked up yet????????? I have just ordered a tee fitting to plumb in the oil pressure the same place as the std oil switch.

Not yet - must get on with it! I have a growing list of jobs to do on the car - Gauges to connect, ABD racing TIP to fit, oil and filter change and a Carbonio CAI when it arrives here.

I keep getting distracted by jobs on the house, plus it's a bit cold here at the moment!

so can anyone clarify what the standard specified boost is please?

Mine peaks at 10psi and settles to 9psi, reasonably stable across the rpm range. Should the boost start dropping away a touch towards the top of the rpm scale?
