Hi all when using CarPlay for navigating google maps or Apple Maps recently when the app is giving directions it is no longer muting the radio or music.

I am sure it did but have been second guessing myself on it now.

Is there a setting on the radio that I may have inadvertently changed ?

If not anyone know how to fix it?

Theirs is a setting for not muting the navigation during a phone call but I’m not sure there is the other way round. Perhaps in the settings of Google maps when connected to CarPlay?

I’m sure mine does mute and listening to podcasts it’s really annoying so I ended up muting the maps and have got used to it.
