Hey Guys,

i have a problem. The emergency call function is red and i must go to the workshop. Maybe there is a other chance to solve the problem by myself and i hope you can help me here.

I pinned a photo of my version in the Skoda Scala (2019, Bolero). Is there a new update so maybe i can solve the Problem with the red light in the emergency call function.

How can i update the infotainment system. I think i have only USB-C. There is no SD Slot or something else.

Sadly this is a well documented problem with all VAG products. There can be multiple causes but very often it is a broken antenna wire or a faulty SOS module.

If you have tried the hard reset on the infotainment (Turn it fully off and then back on again). then the only other thing to do is visit the dealer.

The OCU software is a bit problematic.

There is currently an update for the OCU to version 0311.

Thanks a lot i had do it with obd eleven and now the light is green :) but there is also a code since 2022 it named B100049. What can it be? it is 4 years old. But the sos is green again.

How can i do the ocu 0311 without OTA?
