Octy vRS antiroll (anti-sway) bar front help...

Hello,

need help/onfo from you all.....I have Octy vRS, year 2003, AUQ engine; how much is diameter of front antiroll bar or supposed to be in my car? ..19, 21 or 23 mm??

I would appriceate if someone can help me, beacuse here nobody has a clue (id***)...

There is a very good search tool on here. Do a search for Anti Roll Bar and ARB in the octavia section.

Yeah, sry I did search....but, found out that all vRS do have 21 or 23 mm ARB, but mine is 19mm!!

Dunno why I have this "tiny" ARB inside!?

Would 23mm ARB from VW Golf IV fit normally in ???

Don't worry mines 19mm as well.

Thinking about changing mine for golf r32 23mm bar.

The thicker the bar the more inside steer you will get anyway.Changing mine as i have fitted rear arb.

I am having problems with the rear offside door lock on our 2018 Super 2.0L SE Technology diesel estate. The drivers door switch panel includes the two child lock buttons. When locking the car the rear offside door remains unlocked, therefore we have to keep it locked via the small turn screw on the edge of the door. Having looked into new lock prices, I decided to try a second hand one from a 'reputable' supplier, only to find that this replacement is doing the same thing. I conclude therefore

Spy photographers have snapped an updated Octavia, which features changes inside and out So this randomly popped up on my newsfeed this morning. Nothing too exciting, no real mention of any ground breaking changes be them aesthetic, mechanical or otherwise... I have been getting a rubbing noise from the rear end of my 2020 kodiaq when turning left and right, I've had it in the garage a few times but been told by Arnold Clark it's a noise all kodiaq like mine make 🤷 then I spoke to Skoda who told me they a talking complete nonsense, anyone had this issue that can help me out please

Hello. My 2014 Octavia 1.8 4x4 has developed a strange issue. There is a vibration coming from the rear of the car when driving. It feels like if there was severe unbalance, or a flat spot on the tires. I have however ruled out this possibility, by first having the wheels rebalanced, and then having the tires replaced. With no change. Symptoms: - Heavy vibration from rear of car. (No steering wheel vibration) - Can sometimes be felt from 20kmh. Frequency increases with wheel
