Anyone else seen any issues with the infotainment screen after the software update. I regularly use Waze and more recently it has started flashing up with a red screen almost like a new flash - that catches my attention when driving, but then resets back to Waze - didn't happen before the update.

It’s from Waze. It does that when you exceed the speed limit.

I started to use Waze but the annoying comments get right in my tits!

Any way to disable them? I’ve tried but gave up

If it is Waze-related, check the Waze options menu. The speed flasing and audible warnings can be turned off for sure, I use Waze and have them off.
