How to remove inside cover of trunk on a Skoda MK3 combi

The handle to open my trunk has stopped working. Also the numberplate-lights needs replacing so I want to remove the inside cover. I forced it out of the clips but how do I remove the last part? Which direction should I pull? 🤔 Does anyone have a photo of how it looks on the inside? I can only see a small pipe on the sides..

Little update since i posted about my Superb 280 going stage 2 back in may. I have questioned the high torque figure ( 618nm) with the tuner and was assured that it's a safe map, ok i left it at that. Three days after remap, car starts burning oil without even being pushed hard. So i switched to thicker 5w40 Castrol Edge ( issue rectified) Week later i pinned it from traffic lights and car cut power after 5000rpm. Gear changes felt really rough and jerky. Questioned it with the tuner, got nowher

Hi there, I'm new to this forum and my Dad suggested it might be worth a try asking for advice. I have just got (June) a 2nd hand Skoda fabia elegance, 2011. When I picked it up, the air con worked great for the first 10 minutes or so then stopped and was just blowing warm air. (Temps outside were high 20's maybe early 30s). I took it to Halfords which ran an Air con diagnostics: Results: System has pressure leak, system appears to be low on refrigeration gas and recommended to be fully evacuat

Good morning to all from Portugal. We have a 2003 Mk 1 Fabia hatchback with 335000km on it - probably the most honest little car I have had. It is amazing, owes us nothing and we look after it in the hope that it soldiers on awhile longer. Hello, I have a problem with my Octavia mk4 1.5tsi e-tec ride quality on standard suspension. otherwise I'm very pleased with the car but the suspension drives me crazy! Very floaty when cornering and over slow undulations, but very very stiff and and harsh over sharp imperfections (potholes, manholes covers...). I have 205/55 R17 tires, so not very low profile. I tried with lower tyre pressure but no noticable difference. I replaced OEM shocks on the rear axle with Bilstein B4, but again not a
