Hi guys if someone can help me with solve this errors in telematic modulke please help. i got this 2 errors when i buy my karoq and reseted mib to default settings because of primary user. I did go to skoda dealership and they said that they can solve problem with updates. Later i found guy that code cars with more options and he updated mib to newer version but nothing happend. Still can't change user on mib and when it pressed it says that function is not available at this time. Any solutions? TY

I have the same problem with error U112100(delete it but no result) and no possible to open privacy setting/shop and start procedure of primary user...only constanting "download"...is any option to solve it?

Hi No only U112100 before update MIB to 0330 parametrization of OCU by Odis online...all equipment working correctly no errors...now only U112100 but after obd11 deleted and is clear no errors... but pricvacy and primary user not working

When i get download for OCU update and press download button i got error it can’t be done.
