Can anyone tell me what the two short metal pipes (with S bends in) coming out from the rear of the engine tray are please?

    Hi,

    It would help if you could tell us the model of Yeti you have - e.g. engine size petrol/diesel, manual/auto gearbox, front/all wheel drive. There are many permutations, so it's possible that the pipes you describe are not fitted to all models.

    Unless I'm missing something, aren't they supports for the exhaust rather than pipes?

    Agreed... They are the exhaust hangers (or in this case they are 'inverted' hangers
