Hi everyone,

Is there a way to see which version of the software is currently installed on the car and which is the latest update available at the time?

I have taken the car (Octavia vRS Combi 2025) in today for its first service and I told them that the infotainment screen had given me a glitch 3-4 maybe 5 times since last October that I purchased the car. They called back now saying that there is an update and the car will need to stay in overnight - maybe even 2 days - since the update is large and needs time to install. I will book an appointment to take it in next month as I need the car now.

I've read that some updates give more issues on the 4.5 (if I remember correct) hence why I'm asking what the latest update is and how to see whats currently installed? Is the update something that's recomended to do or should I leave it for a later date?

When I dropped the car off this morning they said it had no campaigns or updates and now I'm told there's an update(?)
