passenger seat belt clatter

Somebody in another thread was talking about the front passenger seat belt buckle tapping the pillar. I wondered why mine didn't. I think if you put the movable bit as high up on the pillar as adjustment allows [when not in use of course] the buckle can't hit the pillar in normal use. The lower you set it, the closer the buckle is to the pillar.
