Parking sensors

Featured Replies

My first job on the Red Baron is to fit some Parking Sensors, you need these when backing into the garage off the pit lane. Anyone done this before, any advise or things to look out for.

I will try and take some pictures and write instructions through out the installation.

IIRC Graham, Bandit1, fitted parking sensors to his. I think he posted instructions at one point.

So......what happened to the SuperB or was it just a loaner until the Rd Baron became available?

I suppose the other question would be....how long is it going to stay standard (parking sensors withstanding)?

I'm no copy cat.

Off topic I know, but Des the cruiser has them already. Would I be right in thinking the cruiser has gone, but in the short space of time it was around you got to like the parking sensors?

Got used to the Parking Sensors on the Black beast and AIR they worked better than the ones on the Superb, don't know why?

Yes the barge will be departing on saturday and replaced by RS No.2. :woohoo:

It can't come soon enough.

Agree - the sensors on my RS do work better than on the Superb, my superb gives off too many extra onfusing bleeps. Although both allow excellent parking in the garage without needing to look in mirror or guess distance to wall etc.

Congrates on new RS - you know it makes sense :rotz:

I know what you mean about the bleeps. The Superb's seem to stop and then start again even when stationary :grumpy: quite annoying.

Don't get me wrong Jon, the Superb was very good to drive just felt old driving it.
