The New Fabia?

Featured Replies

Doubt it will replace the Fabia. I do expect it to be cheap and nasty though - the pictures of it so far look far too nice! :rotz:

Oh, how I certainly hope not! :hihi: :faint2:

I really can't see myself buying one. Nice for old people, or the sort of person who buys an MPV. Which begs the question - why don't Skoda build an MPV? Surely of all the VAG brand images, theirs would be the best suited to that particular kind of vehicle.

Remember guys it's a concept car :p. If they took the MPV feature onto the next Fabia then I'm gonna cry :weeping: :bawl:.

Auto Express drove the show car in issue 786, they say that the Roomster will see production by 2006, but is not seen as a fabia replacement but more of a niche model like the Ford Fusion.

It is more of a MPV in the practicaity stakes, being only slightly longer than the Fabia and more interior space than both the Superb and Merc S class.
