You bet it's rip-off! I'm living in Serbia (ex Yugoslav republic) and full maintainance service costs 135 euros aprox 100 pounds. Can't you buy your own oil and filters and make a replacement in soome cheaper service center?

I've been told any recognised garage can do a service so long as they use the right stuff. But they can't do free warranty work, or the free servicing deal you sometimes get from Skoda.

VAT registered with genuine parts and you are ok
