bumper respray, costs? bodyshop recomendations please.

Featured Replies

I stupidly reversed into a post yesterday leaving horrible scratching across my rear bumper, no amounts of polish and t-cut and elbow grease are making it look any better so i guess my only option is to have it resprayed.

How much would just the rear bumper cost to spray and can anyone recomend a decent bodyshop to do it in the surrey/hampshire border area?

Cheers.

You could try contacting a company such as ChipsAway - this is the sort of thing they do well, and it might not need a full respray.

Rob.

I used chipsaway when i reversed my mr2 roadster into my dads passat. They do the lot, interior work, door dents alloy referbishment.

They come out do a free evaluation of work required and the person i delt with was a star.

Resprayed part of my rear bumper and filled in a trrolley dent £150.00 inc VAT.

Couldnt tell the difference after it was done.

It was alot cheaper than going through my insurance.

robmawer beat me to that one.

i would expect to pay about £250 in labour to have a bumper sprayed and fitted plus the cost of the new bumper
