Is it as easy as just poping off the cover over the lights?

I had some of those in white on my Superb, bought them off E-Bay about a year and a half ago, sadly they didn't last more than a couple of weeks, although being off of E-Bay they are most likely to be far inferior quality to yours!

Oh and forgot to say... this will work on Fabia, Superb and Octavia all are 39mm festoons.

Is if worthwhile seeing if we can come up with a list for all the Bulbs that can be replaced with the LED Type, both internal & external for the Octy & Fabia, then maybe we could get a multi buy going for interested parties?

Front Interior Light - Welcome Light

Front Interior Light - Map Reading Lights

Talking of Bulbs I would also like to replace my Front Fog Lights & Side Lights with the Bright White LED's if possible or the Bright White/Blue Philips Bulbs as the normal bulbs look very yellow especially next to Xenons.

Its an absolute sod to do. The sidelights can be done with a bit of fiddling but the Fog lights and main beam are near on impossible. I got the garage to replace my H7's with Osram Silver stars (Free of charge. They had to take the headlight units out), did the side lights myself. They look MUCH better next to the Xenon bulbs now

Stupid me for assuming they would use same part from VW bin for a number plate light... quite correct... Octy is a W5W.

Oh well, luckly i had ordered some for my interior but will have to get some more as used them on the octy:

I started reading this thread and thought what a great mod, so I whent on to auto bulbs direct and got a pair ordered staight away

Then I finish reading and notice that they won't fit my octy

So as has been said before if anyone wants mine(when they arrive)

I'll take them off your hands when do you think you'll get them :eek:
